Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

We normally complete order processing within 2 business days after order placement, after which goods will be handed over to the logistics carrier for dispatch. The total delivery time of products is indicated on the corresponding product pages. Once a size is selected, the estimated delivery arrival time will be displayed on both product pages and checkout page. Please note: “calendar days” referred to herein exclude weekends and official public holidays.

This free‑shipping offer is not permanent. We reserve the right to adjust the free‑shipping threshold upward or downward, or discontinue free‑shipping benefits entirely at our discretion. Please refer to information published on our website for the latest policy.

All orders are shipped from China. All our styles are designed in‑house by our company. You may view the estimated delivery time for each style by visiting the specific product page and selecting your size and color.

Estimated Delivery Time:

♦ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 2 business days,Processing time for our dresses includes order verification, document generation, quality inspection, warehousing‑out and packaging, and does not include shipping transit time.

All orders are processed within **2 business days**. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business working day.

Shipping Options & Estimated Time (United States):

Expedited Shipping: 6-7 business Days (8‑9 calendar‑days).

 

Total Delivery Time: 

Total delivery time equals product processing time plus shipping transit time. For free‑shipping orders as an example: 2 business days of processing time plus 6-7 business days of standard shipping time, resulting in an actual delivery timeframe of 8‑9 business  days (10‑11 calendar‑days) to your valid shipping address.

Affected by peak season , there will be some delay on the delivery.

If you require custom‑made garments, please contact us and provide your desired size, color and other requirements. We will produce custom items according to the information you supply. The lead time may be extended by an additional 3‑4 business days, depending on the complexity of the garment.


Delivery Guide

To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e‑mail to confirm your order. **We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box, please send us your physical street‑based shipping address via email.

Packing

In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Note: 
Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number and tracking link.
You can track your parcel via the official website of your selected carrier.

Please note that you may not be able to track the logistics information within 24-48 hours after the order is shipped. If you are still unable to track your order after 48 hours, please contact us.
